Refund policy

Returns: Returns are acceptable for unused candles, candle refills, and bath accessories. A return shipping label can be provided for a small fee. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on soap or body products.

Refunds: Refunds are offered in the event of an incorrectly filled order or item damaged during transit. If our product does not meet your expectations for any reason, contact us ASAP so we can reach a resolution.
